There is some advice you should follow if you want your lashes to last as well as the great feeling of I woke up like this.
It's especially essential to look after yourlashes during this time of year because the environment can be harsh on yourextensions. However, there is no need to be concerned; with proper maintenance and aftercare, your lashes will remain in excellent condition.
Here are tips to maintain perfect eyelash extension
Sunscreen
When you're out in the sun, you should alwaysuse sunscreen. When you have your extensions in, however, it is critical tochoose the proper one for your face. Many sunscreen lotions contain oil, which is the enemy of eyelash extensions; however, there are sunscreens available that have little to no oil. If you don't have any oil-free sunscreen on hand, use extreme caution while applying anything near your lashes!
Take precautions after swimming
If you have had your eyelash extensionsapplied in preparation for the summer, you should avoid any contact with waterfor at least 24 to 48 hours. However, after the 48-hour period has gone, you can clean your lashes! Technically, you should avoid swimming because it is either in a pool or in the sea, lake, or ocean. This is because pool chlorine is detrimental for your eyelash extensions since it might disrupt retention, causing them to come out prematurely. If you must go in, use clean water.
Saltwater will also affect retention, so if you must go in, follow this advice. Always rinse your eyelash extensions with clean water after swimming (you may keep bottled water on hand) and pat them dry.
Avoid exposing your extensions to direct or extreme heat
Although it is difficult to avoid in the heat, there is something you can do to protect your treasured lashes. When you're out in the sun, we recommend that you wear sunglasses or a hat. This will protect the sun off your lashes while still allowing you to enjoy the heat!
Sweating
Avoid being too heated and sweaty in the sun, since this will cause the retention to deteriorate, resulting in premature hair loss. If you do get hot and sweaty, keep your lashes dry; if perspiration comes into touch with your extensions, give them a quick wash with clean water and make sure to dry them.
Clean The Eyelashes
Because it's summer and you're spending more time outside, your lashes are more exposed to dirt from the environment. If you engage in outdoor activities or exercise that causes you to sweat, your lashes are prone to become dirtier. This is why it's crucial to clean your lashes on a regular basis; you may do it with either an eyelash cleanser or water.
